Located in Rome’s historic center within Casa Professa dei Gesuiti, Stanze Sant’Ignazio contains the residential rooms of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits. Visitors enter through a long corridor decorated with 17th-century Baroque optical illusion frescoes leading to the rooms which contain relics of St. Ignatius.
