Gelato is everywhere in Rome, and most locals claim to know the best. This particular gelateria is the favored one of my Roman husband, whose tastebuds I trust in this area. The formula is simplicity in ingredients and a lack of false “fillers” and congealing agents. Lots of locations throughout Rome – and our go-to is of course in Prati.
